Contributing to Truancy definition
Contributing to Truancy means any act or failure to act by one 18 years of age or older who, knowingly encourages or contributes to the child’s truancy and shall be subject to the penalties as set forth below.
Contributing to Truancy. (Wis. Stat. 948.45) means any person 17 years of age or older who, by act or omission, knowingly encourages or contributes to the truancy of a student.
Contributing to Truancy means any person 17 years of age or older who, by act or omission, knowingly encourages or contributes to the truancy of a person 17 years of age or under.
