Contributing Originator definition

Contributing Originator means Xxxxx & Minor Distribution, Inc., a Virginia corporation.
Contributing Originator has the meaning set forth in the RSCA.

Examples of Contributing Originator in a sentence

  • Each Receivable contributed by Contributing Originator to the capital of the Buyer pursuant to this Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.2 below is herein referred to as a “Contributed Receivable”.

Related to Contributing Originator

  • Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • Seller Party means any of the Seller, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or "controlling person" (as such term is used in the Securities Act) of any of the foregoing.

  • Account Owner means a telecommunications company, including SBC-13STATE, that stores and/or administers Line Record Information and/or Group Record Information in a Party’s LIDB and/or Calling Name Database.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
