Contributing Companies definition

Contributing Companies has the meaning set forth in the Distribution Agreement.
Contributing Companies means Verizon New England, NYNEX Long Distance Company, ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic Communications Inc., Verizon Select Services Inc., Verizon Internet Services Inc., and, any Subsidiary of Verizon that employs Continuing Employees (as defined in the Merger Agreement) as of the Closing Date.
Contributing Companies means SCO and any subsidiary of SCO (other than the Contributed Companies) which may own any interest in the Contributed Stock and Assets to be conveyed to Newco or that is liable for any Assumed Liability to be assumed by Newco under the term of this Agreement.

Examples of Contributing Companies in a sentence

  • No person other than the Contributing Companies holds any license or other right to manufacture, modify, or create derivative works of any of the Group Products, other than OEM agreements that would not have a Material Adverse Effect on the Group Business.

  • STI and SSI agree to vote in favor of the contribution to Newco of the Contributed Stock and Assets at each meeting of stockholders of the Contributing Companies.
