Contributed Surplus definition

Contributed Surplus. Shall have the meaning given to it in Recital D;
Contributed Surplus means that portion of surplus contributed by a Member as a condition of membership in the Corporation which originates from sources other than earnings.
Contributed Surplus means $10,000, being a contribution made by shareholder Nalcor Energy to Opco, which amount is in excess of amounts allocated to the stated capital of Opco;
