Contrat d’Affermage means the tripartite contract to be entered into between the Borrower, ▇▇▇▇▇ and SDE, granting to SDE, the exclusive right to produce and distribute drinking water; as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to each Contrat d’Affermage;
