Contrasting color means a variance from a color of 2 steps or more in value and less than 6.5 in value on the Munsell color−order system.
Contrasting color means a color strikingly dissimilar to the color of the other text and background as to produce an intensified effect that is easily readable and draws the attention of the reader.
