Contractual Third Party definition

Contractual Third Party means a Third Party that, with respect to a Party, (A) is such Party’s Agent, sublicensee, Third Party private label distributor, or (B) otherwise has a contractual relationship with such Party, its Agent, sublicensee or Third Party private label distributor related to the manufacture, testing, development, or sale, distribution, supply or purchase in the Territory, of the Product.
