Contractual Securities definition

Contractual Securities means collectively, (i) securities of the Company which are subject to an Existing Contract and (ii) Registrable Securities.
Contractual Securities means collectively, (i) securities issued to the U.S. Treasury Department on November 21, 2008 in connection with the TARP Capital Purchase Program and (ii) Registrable Securities.
Contractual Securities or "Contract Securities" means the securities required from the Contractor as successful Awardee in accordance with the provisions of the Contract.
