For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this provision, nor in this Settlement Agreement, shall prevent ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from entering into a lease agreement with a tenant that requires a tenant to pay, over the lease term, less than the maximum amount that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may, under the Contractual Rent Increase Limitation, seek as the maximum rent for the tenant.
Once the new Contractual Rent has been adjusted, such Contractual Rent will remain unchanged during such Rent Reset Term.
