CONTRACTUAL MONTH definition

CONTRACTUAL MONTH or “BID MONTH” or “BID PERIOD” means the period from the first day of, to and including the last day of each calendar month of the year. For Flight Attendant scheduling and pay purposes January, February and March will each be a thirty (30) day month by adding January 31st and March 1st to the month of February. Leap year will make February a thirty-one (31) day month. The Company may, at its option for a given year, declare that up to any other four (4) months containing thirty-one (31) calendar days be deemed thirty
CONTRACTUAL MONTH means all and any months contained in the civil calendar that are encompassed by the SUPPLY PERIOD;
CONTRACTUAL MONTH as used herein, shall mean the period of time, for pilot scheduling and pay purposes, during which allocated flying and the associated trip selections shall be effective, when the thirty (30) day provision of Section 2.B. (calendar month) is utilized.

Examples of CONTRACTUAL MONTH in a sentence

  • Pursuant the provisions of the Third Paragraph of Clause 6, the SELLER shall deliver the PURCHASER a statement showing the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, weighted during the COMMERCIALIZATION PERIOD and until the eight business day after the closing of the CONTRACTUAL MONTH.

  • For the compliance with the provision in the previous paragraph, the SELLER obliges itself to forward to the BUYER, beforehand, up to the 4th (fourth) working day of month following the CONTRACTUAL MONTH, considering that the collection of the tribute will be made until the 9th day of said month, in accordance with the legislation from the State of Rio de Janeiro, a copy of the invoice, observing the provision in CLAUSE 12.
