Contractual interpretation definition

Contractual interpretation. If the interpretation of one or more clauses of this Contract is necessary, the Parties shall interpret them as per the dispositions of Title XIII, Book IV of the Ecuadorian Civil Code, setting forth that the titles and the order of the clauses and sub-clauses are only for purposes of identification and reference, but not preeminence or preference.
