Contractual Document definition

Contractual Document means an Agreement, a document, establishing Security, or any other document connected with the relationship of the Customer and the Bank, established by an Agreement, or any other document designated as such by the Bank and the Customer or the Bank and the Person Providing Security.
Contractual Document means the document which binds Authority commitment of a procurement, such as a contract, agreement, lease, purchase order, change order or amendment thereto.
Contractual Document means each of the Subsequent Specification Panoply, the First Specification Panoply, the Print Proof, the Order, the Order Confirmation and the General Terms and Conditions.

  • The Subcontractor shall not recruit or approach, directly or indirectly, any of Atos’s employees, agents, subcontractors or their staff involved in the performance of the Services, irrespective of their status, in view of recruitment or cooperation under any form, directly or indirectly, for the duration of this Agreement and any Specific Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months as of the termination or expiration of the last Contractual Document in force.
