Contractual Disallowance definition

Contractual Disallowance means an amount which represents the amount by which a Receivable is, consistent with usage and practices in the applicable Originator’s industry, expected to be reduced prior to payment by the Obligor thereon.

Related to Contractual Disallowance

  • Disallowed costs means those charges determined to be unallowable, in accordance with the applicable Federal statutes, regulations, or the terms and conditions of the Federal award. (2 CFR 200.31 and 45 CFR 75.2)
