In particular, the Lot is not sold as corresponding with that part of the Entry in the Catalogue which is not printed in bold letters, which merely sets out (on the Seller’s behalf) Gorringe’s opinion about the Lot and which is not part of the Contractual Description upon which the Lot is sold.
However, any written description of the physical condition of the Lot contained in a Condition Report will form part of the Contractual Description of the Lot under which it is sold to any Buyer.
The remainder of the Entry, which is not printed in bold letters, represents Gorringe’s opinion (given on behalf of the Seller) about the Lot only and is not part of the Contractual Description in accordance with which the Lot is sold by the Seller.
