Contractual Adjustment Amount definition
Contractual Adjustment Amount means, with respect to any Receivable originated by a member of the Spectra Renal Management Group, at any time, an amount equal to (i) 75% of the original outstanding 4 principal amount of such Receivable (excluding any accrued and outstanding Finance Charges related thereto) minus (ii) the amount of any Contractual Adjustments already granted with respect to such Receivable.
