Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;
Group Commitment means with respect to any Purchaser Group the aggregate of the Commitments of each Purchaser within such Purchaser Group.
Commitments means, collectively, the aggregate amount of the commitments of all of the Lenders.
Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.
Replacement Revolving Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22.
New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.
Applicable Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).
Specified Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).
Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
Existing Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.17.
Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.
Initial Contracts means those Contracts conveyed to the Trust on the Closing Date.
Terminated Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).
Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Existing Revolving Commitments has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.27(a).
Additional Commitments means any commitments hereunder added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Designated Revolving Commitments means the amount or amounts of any commitments to make loans or extend credit on a revolving basis to the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by any Person other than the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that has or have been designated (but only to the extent so designated) in an Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Trustee as “Designated Revolving Commitments” until such time as the Company subsequently delivers an Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee to the effect that the amount or amounts of such commitments shall no longer constitute “Designated Revolving Commitments.”
Executory Contracts means executory contracts and unexpired leases as such terms are used in 11 U.S.C. § 365, including all operating leases, capital leases, and contracts to which the Debtor is a party or beneficiary on the Confirmation Date.
Extended Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(2).
Other Revolving Commitments means one or more Classes of revolving credit commitments hereunder or extended Revolving Commitments that result from a Refinancing Amendment or a Loan Modification Agreement.
Related Contracts is defined in clause (c) of Section 2.1.
Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;
Schedule of Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule (including any amendments or modifications thereto), if any, of the Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be rejected by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as set forth in the Plan Supplement, as amended by the Debtors from time to time in accordance with the Plan, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors.
IT Contracts means any agreements, licences or other contractual arrangements with third parties relating to the IT Systems or IT Services, including licences of all software, leases of hardware and other procurement of IT Systems or IT Services;
Scheduled Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
Existing Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).
