Contractors yard means a lot, building or part thereof wherein vehicles, equipment and/or supplies are parked, stockpiled, stored and maintained for use by a contractor for the construction and/or renovation trades. Facilities for the administration or management of the business as well as minor maintenance and assembly work normally considered to be accessory to the trade are permitted.
