Examples of Contractor's Security in a sentence

  • The amount of such overpayments may be recovered from the subsequent bills under the contract, failing that from Contractor's claim under any other contract with the Company or from the Contractor's Security Deposit or the Contractor shall pay the amount of overpayment on demand.

  • A named person appointed by the Contractor to act as the Contractor's Security Manager, shall be provided at the Site for the whole of the duration of the Contract and shall be responsible for security at the Site.

  • If different from the designated representative identified in Article VII, section 5, Contractor shall provide the name and contact information of Contractor's Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the Service Agreement.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between the Manual and the Contractor's Security Orders, the Manual's requirements shall prevail.
