Contractor's Release definition

Contractor's Release. Date shall mean the date upon which the Limited Partners receive from the Contractor a letter satisfactory to the Limited Partners stating (i) that the Partnership is not in default under the Construction Contract, (ii) that the Contractor has completed all work under the Construction Contract, and (iii) either (a) that the Contractor has been paid in full for all work in connection with the Apartment Complex or (b) that funds have been escrowed in order to pay all unpaid amounts owed for work in connection with the Apartment Complex.
