Contractors Register definition
Contractors Register means the Construction Contractors Register provided for in section 9;
Contractors Register means the register as provided in clause 24.

Throughout the building period, the building contractor must be duly registered in the Contractors Register, under the industries, groups and classes relevant to the content of the building works, in accordance with the Contractor Registration Regulations for Engineering Construction Projects (classification of registered contractors) 5748-1988, and they must have all the approvals required by law for the purpose of executing the works, and comply with the terms of section 96 herein.
