Contractor’s Network definition

Contractor’s Network means collectively, all of the Providers that have contracts with the Contractor or any of the Contractor’s subcontractors to provide Covered Services to Members. Covered Services means services that the Contractor is required to provide under this Contract, as identified in this Contract. Critical Access Hospitals means a health care facility designation of the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that provides for cost-based reimbursement for inpatient services.
Contractor’s Network means collectively, all of the Providers that have contracts with the Contractor to provide Covered Services to Members.

Examples of Contractor’s Network in a sentence

  • The Contractor’s Network Provider agreements shall include a requirement securing cooperation with the Contractor’s QAPIP and activities and shall allow the Contractor access to the medical records of Enrollees being treated by Network Providers.

  • If Contractor’s Network Security & Privacy Liability are “Claims-Made” policy(ies), Contractor shall agree to maintain coverage for two (2) years following the completion of the Contract.

  • If the Contractor is informed by a Provider that the Provider intends to no longer participate in the Contractor’s Network, the Contractor must notify the Division in writing sixty (60) calendar days prior to the date the Provider will no longer participate in the Contractor’s network.

  • If the Contractor receives less than sixty (60) calendar days’ notice that a Provider will no longer participate in the Contractor’s Network, the Contractor must notify the Division within two (2) business days after receiving notice from the Provider.

  • The prohibition on advances to Subcontractors contained in this subsection shall not apply to Capitation Payments or payments made by the Contractor to Contractor’s Network for provision of Covered Services.

  • Require that all applicant physicians, as a condition for participation in the Contractor’s Network, meet one of the following, except as otherwise set forth in paragraph b.

  • A copy of these policies and procedures shall be provided to all of the Contractor’s Network Providers to whom Members may be referred.

  • Determination of failure to meet network access standards shall be made following a review of the Contractor’s Network Geographic Access Assessment Report.

  • Each Provider in the Contractor’s Network has a valid Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration number, if applicable.

  • The provider subsystem accepts and maintains comprehensive, current and historical information about Providers eligible to participate in the Contractor’s Network.
