Contractor’s Material definition

Contractor’s Material means the material, methodology, documents, models or other material or information which is specified in an Order;
Contractor’s Material means the Contractor’s methodology, documents, models and other material used in the provision of the Services (including any Deliverables);
Contractor’s Material means the material, methodology, documents, models or other material or information which is specified in Item 4 of Schedule A;

  • The Contractor shall maintain a continuity of operations plan that addresses how the Contractor’s, Material Subcontractors’, and other subcontractors’ operations shall be maintained in the event of a natural disaster, terrorist attack, pandemic or other event which leads to a significant disruption in operations due to staff absence and/or loss of utilities.

  • TERMINATION 63 23.1 Termination for Contractor’s Material Breach.

  • The Dental Contractor must execute system readiness test cycles to include all external data interfaces, including those with the Dental Contractor’s Material Subcontractors.

  • DSHS may terminate this Contract under Section 22.1 (Termination for Contractor’s Material Breach) by Notice to Contractor if DSHS determines, after due notice and examination, that any party has violated chapter 42.52 RCW, Ethics in Public Service, or any other laws regarding ethics in public acquisitions and procurement and performance of contracts.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Material

Contractor’s Material means the material, methodology, documents, models or other material or information which is identified as the Contractor’s Material in the Specifications. However, to be Contractor’s Material, it must be developed prior to the Commencement Date of the Contract, or developed independently of the Contract, by the Contractor and used in the provision of the Services;
Contractor’s Material means copyright material that the Contractor alone has created and/or holds copyright in.

Related to Contractor’s Material

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Contractor’s Personnel means the Contractor's Representative and all personnel whom the Contractor utilises on Site, who may include the staff, labour and other employees of the Contractor and of each Subcontractor; and any other personnel assisting the Contractor in the execution of the Works.
