Contractor’s Facility definition

Contractor’s Facility means the Contractor’s business premises;
Contractor’s Facility means a facility where motor vehicles and equipment required for the maintenance and operation of uses undertaken by a contrac- tor are stored, and materials used for or resulting from the maintenance and operation of such uses are stored or processed. (2012-001)

  • In addition, Contractor shall obtain, maintain in good standing and be liable for all taxes, fees, governmental licenses, permits and approvals necessary for the operation of Contractor’s Facility required in the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Facility

Contractor’s Facility shall refer to the Beaver County CBOC.
Contractor’s Facility means place of business of the Contractor where the Contractor performs repairs of equipment and machinery for other entities, specifically where the Contractor plans to repair City of Houston equipment. The facility shall be clean, free from dirt and dust, to prevent contamination and damage during assembly of any equipment.
