Contractor’s Costs definition

Contractor’s Costs means the costs to Network Rail of any Contractors engaged by Network Rail in connection with the observance and performance of its obligations in relation to the Works and Services, plus the properly incurred expenses and disbursements of those Contractors;
Contractor’s Costs has the meaning described in Exhibit K.
Contractor’s Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section V.B. "Contractor's Fee" shall have the meaning set forth in Section V.A.1. "Contractor's Representative" shall have the meaning set forth in Section XXVI.B. "Cost of the Work" shall have the meaning set forth in Section V.B.

Examples of Contractor’s Costs in a sentence

  • Any accounting of the Contractor’s Costs relating to the performance of its obligations under this Contract must be recorded in the Operating Account, regardless of the currency used or the place of payment, as provided in the Accounting Procedures.

  • In addition to Contractor’s fee, as set forth immediately above, Contractor shall be reimbursed up to <<INSERT WHOLE DOLLAR AMOUNT IN NUMBERS AND WORDS -- NO PENNIES>> for Approved Contractor’s Costs based on the submittal of original receipts or invoices.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Costs

Contractor’s Costs means those costs necessarily incurred and paid by the Contractor in connection with the proper performance of all the Work. Such Contractor's Costs shall be at rates comparable to the standard paid in the locality of the Work, except with prior written consent of the Owner. The Contractor's Cost shall include and be limited to the following items:
