Contractor's Certificate definition

Contractor's Certificate means a Certificate from the Contractor for a Project, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Atlantic, wherein the Contractor acknowledges the collateral assignment of the Construction Contract from Borrower to Atlantic pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform all of its obligations under the Construction Contract in the event Atlantic takes possession of the subject Project in connection with the exercise of its remedies hereunder or under the Security Documents after an Event of Default.
Contractor's Certificate means a Certificate from the Contractor for a Project, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to PTR, wherein the Contractor acknowledges the collateral assignment of the Construction Contract from Borrower to PTR pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform all of its obligations under the Construction Contract in the event PTR takes possession of the subject Project in connection with the exercise of its remedies hereunder or under the Security Documents after an Event of Default.
Contractor's Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(f)(xi).
