Contractor Service Fee definition

Contractor Service Fee means a fee paid directly to the Contractor for services provided. This fee will be paid for each billable Appointment, per requested Interpreter in accordance with the requirements established in this contract. The Contractor Service Fee covers administrative requirements of this contract (scheduling, billing, reporting, etc.).
Contractor Service Fee means the amount listed on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule. Contractor Service Fee Schedule means the schedule set forth at Section 11.01. Contractor Transition Plan means Contractor Documentation consisting of the plan required by Section 4, which has been approved by KIB.
Contractor Service Fee means that Rate Component of Exhibit K, Rate Schedule, intended to generate revenue to compensate Contractor for expenses, overhead and profit, exclusive of Compensable Overhead Cost.

  • Payment of the Contractor Service Fee for these Appointments is still allowed.

  • Contractors must not deduct any portion of the Contractor Service Fee from the Interpreter’s Base Rate.

  • Beginning on the Collection Commencement Date, Contractor will collect all Refuse and/or Construction and Demolition Debris deposited in a Dumpster or Roll-Off Container at the frequency requested by the Customer for the corresponding charges listed on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule.

  • The final adjustment in Contractor Service Fee shall be rounded to the nearest ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • If requested, rollout service shall be provided to all other Customers, who shall be charged the surcharge set forth on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule.

  • The Gate Rate shall consist of three components:  The Contractor Service Fee, which shall be the portion of the Gate Rate retained by Contractor as consideration for its performance under this Agreement; and  The Government Fee Component; provided, however, that the Government Fee Component shall not apply to the Waste and materials as set forth in Section 11.6; and  The County Concession Payment.

  • Should a Customer so request, Contractor shall promptly provide dumpster Lock bars, which shall be subject to any surcharge set forth on the Contractor Service Fee Schedule.

  • If KIB suspends a portion of this Contract or the Contractor’s Performance Obligations, Contractor will continue to fully perform its remaining Performance Obligations and the Contractor Service Fee will be adjusted to reflect reductions in Performance Obligations.

  • Commencing on the Effective Date, Contractor is authorized to charge all incoming Committed County Waste and Committed City Waste (but excluding Construction and Demolition Waste) a Contractor Service Fee in the amount set forth in Exhibit S, subject to adjustment as provided herein.
