Contractor Permit definition

Contractor Permit means any permit that the Contractor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining, as more particularly described in Exhibit A.6 (Applicable Permits).
Contractor Permit means each Environmental Permit that is identified on Attachment 14-A as a Permit that will be transferred to or be obtained by Contractor, and each other Permit that Contractor is required to obtain and maintain under this Agreement.

  • Owner shall cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to Contractor with obtaining any Contractor Permit and any modification to any Owner Permit necessary for the completion of the Work.

Contractor Permit means a periodical virtual permit that is issued by or on behalf of the University through a cloud hosted-browser based online software system to an approved contractor of the University or its controlled entities which gives that contractor permission to park a Vehicle in marked and signposted parking bays in zones in University Carparks or elsewhere on the University Grounds that are designated for the parking of authorised service Vehicles;
