Contractor or Contractor means any person or entity that is a party to a Division of Statewide Emergency Telecommunications Agreement including but not limited to Connecticut Land Mobile Radio Network, E911 Subscriber Information Database, Shelter, or Tower Operation agreements.

  • If City discloses proprietary or Confidential Information to Contractor, or Contractor collects such information on City’s behalf, such information must be held by Contractor in confidence and used only in performing the Agreement.
