Contractor Controlled Insurance Program definition

Contractor Controlled Insurance Program or “CCIP” has the meaning set forth in Section 16.1.

Examples of Contractor Controlled Insurance Program in a sentence

  • Use of Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) or Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) requires evidence of cost savings, and approval by Owner.

  • Owner does not permit Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) or Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI).

  • The Construction Management Fee, which is a percentage fee, calculated by multiplying a percentage factor of 2.45% times the Cost of Work less that portion of the Cost of Work’s line item for Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (“CCIP”), for which see subsection 4.3.4, below.

  • Include any contractor insurance programs used, such as a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program and how it is used to assist small and HUB businesses.

  • During construction of the Rangers Complex, the above insurance requirements may be met through the use of an Owner or Contractor Controlled Insurance Program.

  • If the Contract Documents require participation in an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP), Subcontractor shall fully participate and cooperate with Owner, Contractor and/or Insurance Program Administrator in compliance with the program requirements.
