  • This Agreement shall be binding upon the Contractor/Builder, their heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns, and upon BSLPOA and its successors and assigns.

  • Has completed all training and testing required for qualification as a Qualified Contractor/Builder within 90 days from the date of the initial listing.

  • The Quality Assurance Representative of Green Training USA shall recertify Contractor/Builder on or before the third anniversary of this Agreement.

  • Contractor/Builder shall comply with the program requirements as specified.
