Contractor Assignment definition

Contractor Assignment means the Assignment executed by Borrower in favor of Administrative Agent assigning Borrower’s interest in the Construction Agreement to Administrative Agent.
Contractor Assignment means the provision of either an independent Contractor, or an On-Hire Employee to carry out contract assignment for a Client of Appoint.

Examples of Contractor Assignment in a sentence

  • The Department shall retain its right to object to and deny attempts to assign by either Contractor in a manner inconsistent with the circumstances set forth in the approved Contractor Assignment Letters.
