CONTRACTION RATIO definition
CONTRACTION RATIO means the percentage equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the total amount of Contraction during the most recent Settlement Period, and the denominator of which is the amount of Net Revenues generated by the Originators during the most recent Settlement Period.
