Contracting Body Software definition
Contracting Body Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Contracting Body, including software which is or will be used by the Prime Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Prime Contractor Software
Contracting Body Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Contracting Body and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software.
