Contracting Body Contract definition

Contracting Body Contract means the contract between the Service Provider and the Contracting Body in respect of the Temporary Worker Services;

Related to Contracting Body Contract

  • Contracting Body means the Department for Work and Pensions and any contracting body described in the OJEU Notice

  • Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • investor of a Contracting Party means: (a) A natural person having the nationality of a Contracting Party in accordance with its applicable law; or (b) An enterprise constituted or organised under the applicable law of a Contracting Party; Making or having made an investment in the other Contracting Party's territory.

  • Master Contract means the CATS Master Contract between the Maryland Department of Budget and Management and TO Contractor dated December 19, 2005.

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
