Contracting Associate definition

Contracting Associate means the Contractor, any Service Provider [and any other entity which performs on behalf of Sub-hubco any material function in connection with this Agreement or the Project Operations];

Contracting Associate means the Designer, Contractor, Operator and any other Associated Company of the DBFO Co which performs any function in connection with this Agreement or the Operations or is a party to any Project Document.
