Contracting Associate definition
Contracting Associate means the Contractor, any Service Provider [and any other entity which performs on behalf of Sub-hubco any material function in connection with this Agreement or the Project Operations];
Contracting Associate means the Designer, Contractor, and any other Associated Company of the DBFO Co which performs any function in connection with this Agreement or the Operations.
Contracting Associate means the Designer, Contractor, Operator and any other Associated Company of the DBFO Co which performs any function in connection with this Agreement or the Operations or is a party to any Project Document. "Contract Period" means the period commencing on the Commencement Date and expiring 30 years therefrom (subject to the provisions of Clauses 37.4.1 and 37.4.3) or on such other date as shall be the Termination Date. "Contract Year" means a period of twelve months starting on 1st April, with the exception of the first Contract Year, which shall commence on the Commencement Date and end on the 31st March first occurring thereafter (the "First Contract Year"), and the last Contract Year, which shall commence on 1st April and end on the Termination Date (the "Last Contract Year").
