Contracting Area means those geographic areas as set forth in Attachment II.

Examples of Contracting Area in a sentence

  • The request must be made to the Government Contracting Area Director serving the area in which the headquarters of the applicant is located, regardless of the location of the parent company or affiliates.

Related to Contracting Area

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5.7 “CRIS MW” shall mean the MW of Capacity for which CRIS was assigned to a Generator or UDR project pursuant to ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z).

  • licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.
