Contracting Airline definition

Contracting Airline means an air carrier operating at the Vancouver International Airport which has executed, whether as an original signatory or subsequently by joinder agreement or similar instrument, and continues as of the date hereof or any future relevant date to be party to, the Interline Agreement.

Examples of Contracting Airline in a sentence

  • Operator may render services to individual Contracting Airlines, other than those services constituting the subject matter hereof, including but not limited to into- plane servicing of aircraft and making of improvements to exclusive use area on such terms and conditions as are agreed upon by Operator and each individual Contracting Airline or other airline, so long as the rendering of such services does not interfere with Operator's performance of its obligations hereunder.
