Contracted User definition

Contracted User means a person or legal entity, if any, within the Service Area who has signed a Contracted User Agreement with the Private party for receipt of the Services;

Examples of Contracted User in a sentence

  • If any changes require amendments to the Data Agreement the amendments must first be completed and duly signed by the Contracted User and the JSE before the technical changes are implemented.

  • If the Contracted User has not previously conformed for this additional Data subset, a conformance test for this data subset will first be required and only after a successful conformance test can the Live Connectivity Test be attempted.

  • When providing a Data Application Form to a Data User, the Contracted User must make sure that the Data User is provided with knowledge of the guidelines set out in this Data Agreement.
