For the avoidance of doubt, early termination of this Master Contract by LEA prior to the expiration of its then-current term, other than for cause, shall be considered a breach of this Master Contract and LEA shall pay a cancelation fee of $750 per Student, multiplied by the number of Contracted Students (as defined in the attached Exhibit A) (the “Liquidated Damages Amount”) by way of liquidated damages.
