Contracted Rent definition
Contracted Rent is the “Market Rent” for the unit less the sum of $ paid by Access Housing Connections Inc. to the Landlord (pursuant to the Housing Allowance Program) monthly for rent for so long as the Tenant is participating in the Housing Allowance Program administered by Access Housing Connections Inc.
