Contracted Physician definition

Contracted Physician has the meaning set out in the introductory clause of this Agreement.

Contracted Physician means a physician who is duly licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy under California law and who has contracted with HPSM or is employed by or contracts with a Contracted Medical Group to provide Covered Services to HPSM Members.
