Contract Demand means:-
Peak Demand means the maximum Metered Demand in the last 12 months;
Billing Demand means the metered demand or connected load after necessary adjustments have been made for power factor, intermittent rating, transformer losses and minimum billing. A measurement in kiloWatts (kW) of the maximum rate at which electricity is consumed during a billing period;
on demand means a system where a user, subscriber or viewer is enabled to access, at a time chosen by such user, any content in electronic form, which is transmitted over a computer resource and is selected by the user;
Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 17-245 for Annual Supply - Power and Hand Tools.
Child support order means a support order for a child, including a child who has attained the age of majority under the law of the issuing state or foreign country.
Support order means a judgment, decree, order, decision, or directive, whether temporary, final, or subject to modification, issued in a state or foreign country for the benefit of a child, a spouse, or a former spouse, which provides for monetary support, health care, arrearages, retroactive support, or reimbursement for financial assistance provided to an individual obligee in place of child support. The term may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.
Maximum Demand means the greatest demand required by a customer during a specific length of time.
Video-On-Demand or “VOD” means a programming system for transmission and retransmission of a single motion picture or programme (or series of related programs) delivered by means of a telecommunications or other technical system from a digital storage devise or presented in any form that permits Exhibition of such motion picture or programs in a non-linear form at the discretion of the viewer.
Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Letter of Acceptance (LOA means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of Lease;
Advance shipment notice means an electronic notification used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as passive radio frequency dentification (RFID) or item unique identification (IUID) information, order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment.
Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.
Foreign support order means a support order of a foreign tribunal.
Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;
Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.
Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:
Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.
Disbursement Request means a disbursement request from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C in connection with a disbursement request from the Unfunded Exposure Account in accordance with Section 2.04(d) or a disbursement request from the Principal Collection Subaccount in accordance with Section 2.18, as applicable.
Letter of RFP means the letter of invitation being sent by the Procuring Entity to the Consultants.
Payment Item means each check, draft or other item of payment payable to a Borrower, including those constituting proceeds of any Collateral.

Batch Load Demand Resource means a Demand Resource that has a cyclical production process such that at most times during the process it is consuming energy, but at consistent regular intervals, ordinarily for periods of less than ten minutes, it reduces its consumption of energy for its production processes to minimal or zero megawatts.
