Contracted Customers definition

Contracted Customers means the Customers who are party to Customer Contracts;
Contracted Customers means the owners of the Contracted Units obtained pursuant to a master supply agreement or a similar agreement with MES.
Contracted Customers means VARs, direct end customers and end customers who purchase iLearningEngines’ services directly through channel partners, that have purchased one or more of iLearningEngines’ products under a unique customer identification number since iLearningEngines’ inception for iLearningEngines’ perpetual license products and individuals or entities that have an active maintenance and support agreement for at least one of iLearningEngines’ maintenance and support products. Each unique customer identification number constitutes a separate customer regardless of the amount purchased. iLearningEngines may have multiple purchasers of its products within a single organization, each of which may be assigned a unique customer identification number and deemed a separate customer.

Examples of Contracted Customers in a sentence

  • This Framework Agreement governs the overall relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services by the Supplier to the Authority and to Contracted Customers.

  • The Supplier undertakes that when dealing with its Contracted Customers and Prospective Customers from time to time it shall not discriminate against the Authority or any Contracted Customer.

  • The Supplier shall send invoices to Contracted Customers only where they are Passes.

  • The Supplier shall ensure that at all times it is possible to identify and provide to the Authority a computerised list of all Contracted Customers.

  • These measures shall include: tracking reductions in product volumes and product costs, in order to demonstrate that Contracted Customers are consuming less and buying more smartly; and developing additional KPIs to ensure that this Framework Agreement supports the emerging target operating model across central government (particularly in line with centralised sourcing and category management, procurement delivery centres and payment processing systems and shared service centres).
