Contract Water definition

Contract Water means Potable Water, from any source determined by the City, to be sold by the City and purchased by the District according to the terms and conditions of this Water Supply Agreement.
Contract Water means the water that will be delivered under the Cities Water Supply Agreement to All American Bottled Water Corporation by the Cities, under the provisions of Section 9, herein and according to Exhibit A.

Examples of Contract Water in a sentence

  • As set forth in Section 11.2, as Product Contract Water Payments are made, the Escrow Agent shall cause to be disbursed to the respective Parties in accordance with the terms of the Project Escrow Account Agreement those O&M Costs which are to be reimbursed to the Party.

  • In this Schedule: Contract Water means, for the Shareholder and an Irrigation Season, the volume of Trustpower Water nominated or deemed nominated by that Shareholder in accordance with clause 2.1 of this Schedule, but which may not be decreased for that Irrigation Season or any subsequent Irrigation Season other than in accordance with clause 6 of this Schedule.

  • If the Shareholder does not nominate increased Contract Water for an Irrigation Season by the preceding 15 June, its nomination for that Irrigation Season will be deemed to be the same as the last nomination given by the Shareholder under this clause 2.1.

  • If the Shareholder does not nominate increased Contract Water for a subsequent Irrigation Season by the preceding 15 June, its nomination for that subsequent Irrigation Season will be deemed to be the same as the last nomination given by the Shareholder under this clause 2.1.

  • Contract Water - The term "non-contract water" refers to treated water found by District to be available for delivery to the treated water contractors in addition to the scheduled amounts.

  • The property is located in Semitropic Water Storage District with approximately 97.19 acres of Class 1 Contract Water Service or approximately 291.57 acre feet of Class 1 Water entitlement at 100% allocation with surface water delivered to the property via turnout 34-B.

  • Water provided under the Contract (described as "Leased Water" and defined in the Contract, and also referred to in this EA as "M&I Contract Water") would be released from Vallecito Dam to the Pine River or taken directly from Vallecito Reservoir or upstream tributaries.

  • LCRA agrees to apportion pro rata any such Pre-Option Contract Water charges among all additional Out-of-Service-Area Customers.
