Contract Usage definition

Contract Usage means, in relation to a Vehicle, the Contract Kilometers divided by the Contract Period, expressed as kilometers to be driven per month;
Contract Usage. Means the number of kilometres specified in Schedule C, item 11 and item 12.

Examples of Contract Usage in a sentence

  • Any of the following types of entities that have executed a Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services: ▪ Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts, public utility districts) in the State of Washington; ▪ Federal governmental agencies or entities; ▪ Public-benefit nonprofit corporations (i.e., § 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations that receive federal, state, or local funding); and ▪ Federally-recognized Indian Tribes located in the State of Washington.

  • Any of the following types of entities that have executed a Master Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services: ▪ Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts, public utility districts) in the State of Washington; ▪ Federal governmental agencies or entities; ▪ Public-benefit nonprofit corporations (i.e., § 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations that receive federal, state, or local funding); and ▪ Federally-recognized Indian Tribes located in the State of Washington.

  • The report in Attachment 3 – Report of Contract Usage contains the minimum information required.

  • A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage.

  • This Master Contract also may be utilized by any of the following types of entities that have executed a Master Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services: ▪ Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts, public utility districts); ▪ Federal governmental agencies or entities; ▪ Public-benefit nonprofit corporations (i.e., § 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations that receive federal, state, or local funding); and ▪ Federally-recognized Indian Tribes located in the State of Washington.

  • Contractor acknowledges that use of the Contract by any city, county, state agency, state school district, state higher education institution, public utility district, Medicaid provider, or organization that has a Master Contract Usage Agreement (MCUA) is discretionary.

  • Contractor must track and report to the State usage data on this Contract (Usage Reports).

  • The report in Appendix C – Report of Contract Usage contains the minimum information required.

  • Such purchasers are limited to (i) Washington state agencies and Washington state institutions of higher education; and (ii) entities who have executed a Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services.

  • Any of the following types of entities that have executed a Master Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services:  Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts, public utility districts) in the State of Washington;  Federal governmental agencies or entities;  Public-benefit nonprofit corporations (i.e., § 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations that receive federal, state, or local funding); and  Federally-recognized Indian Tribes located in the State of Washington.
