Contract Transactions definition

Contract Transactions means, collectively, the sale and transfer of the Purchased Assets.

  • Distributor shall exclusively purchase all Products for resale to Operators under Title Transactions or Contract Transactions, except: (i) in emergency supply situations designated in writing as such by UFPC; or (ii) as specifically permitted or required in writing by UFPC pursuant to this Agreement.
