Contract Sum Payable definition

Contract Sum Payable means the total amount of compensation stated in the Contract that is payable to DBE per the Contract Documents for the complete performance of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, which is based upon the DBE’s Proposal as adjusted for: (1) Alternates accepted by the District in the Design-Build Contract or a Change Order/Partial Change Order/Field Order; and /or (2) Contract Adjustments.

Related to Contract Sum Payable

  • Contract Sum means the sum named in the letter of acceptance including Physical contingencies subject to such addition thereto or deduction there-from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Lump Sum Payment means a single payment that is not anticipated to continue.

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)

  • Minimum Payment means the amount of minimum payment as stated in the Fee Schedule;
