Contract Service Agreements definition
Contract Service Agreements means any Contractual Obligation entered into by any Loan Party relating to the provision of regularly scheduled long term gas turbine maintenance or overhaul services for each Project that would customarily be categorized as major maintenance in respect of such Project, including, without limitation, each LTP Contract.
