Contract Review(s) definition

Contract Review(s) means a contract or terms and conditions supplied by You. We will review the contract and provide to You, by email, our comments on the same. You must book and pay for the correct Paid Content which stipulates the length of the contract or terms and conditions. A Contract Review does not include any amendments to the contract or terms and conditions. Any amendments You request Us to make will be chargeable at Our currently hourly rate in force.

  • The Supplier shall afford all reasonable resources and facilities to allow the Council to carry out its Contract Reviews and provide all reasonable information required.

  • Contract Reviews will be undertaken by the Council to review the performance and the requirements of the Contract as a whole.

  • Separate from the Contract Reviews meeting, regular (currently bi-weekly) operational meetings shall be held between the Service Provider and the Council’s representatives in order to review operational issues that are either on-going or have developed over the period between these meetings.

  • Consequent to the extension of the Term of the Agreement and the automatic extensions thereafter as provided for in this Amendment Agreement, the provisions relating to Price Reviews and Biennial Contract Reviews shall apply in accordance with the procedures defined in Supplement Number 3 to the Agreement so long as the Agreement remains in force, provided that there shall be no Price Review or benchmarking of the IP VPN Service or the New Charges on 1 April 2006.

  • The frequency and format of the Contract Reviews shall be as prescribed in Schedule A (Service Specification).

  • Pro Members are entitled to two (2) Pro Contract Reviews per month.

Related to Contract Review(s)

  • Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;

  • Asset Review Report means, with respect to any Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
