Contract Repository means the Council’s repository for all signed Contracts. See CRGN 3 (Transparency and Open Data)

The invoice shall be issued after the publication of this contract in Contract Repository (see below).
If to Verizon, notices should be sent to Verizon National Contract Repository, 700 Hidden Ridge, MC:HQW02L25, Irving, TX 75038, and if to Customer to the address specified on the cover sheet.
This Agreement becomes effective at the moment of publishing in the Contract Repository according to Act no.
Both parties agree with publication of this contract in the open Contract Repository (“Registr smluv” in Czech) according to the Czech law.
